Early Child Enrollment
Enrollment for our Early Childhood Program occurs on a continuous basis as openings become available. Themajority of openings occur in August of each year, however, spaces are filled throughout the year as they become available.
There are 3 steps to enrolling in Prism’s Early Childhood Program:
Call or email to inquire about opening in your child’s age group. For email inquiries, please include your child’s date of birth.
Schedule a tour of Prism Education Center and one-to-one meeting with the Director.
Complete application and pay non-refundable registration fee and 1st month’s tuition to secure enrollment.
K-12 Private School
Kindergarten to 12th-grade students can participate in the open enrollment period held every spring. Priority enrollment ends in April of each year. After this time, we will continue to enroll grades that do not have a waitlist.
Private school enrollment is a 5-step process.
Call or email to schedule a tour of Prism Education Center and one-to-one meeting with the Director.
Complete application including reference forms.
Schedule a shadow day for you student.
After students participate in shadow day and all paperwork is complete, the application will be reviewed by an admissions committee. Once a decision is made by the admissions committee, the candidate will be notified of their acceptance status.
Applicants must then complete any additional paperwork and pay a non-refundable registration fee to secure enrollment.
Applicants are considered on a rolling basis throughout the year as vacancies arise. However, applicants have a higher likelihood of being admitted to the program during the Open Enrollment Period for both enrollment and scholarships between February 1 and 28.
Applications are posted online and filled on a first-come, first serve basis for eligible applicants as space allows. Scholarships are provided to both of these programs for income-eligible students due to the generous support of the United Way. For more information about scholarships or enrollment in these programs, contact Rachel Wall by email or phone at (479) 249-6113.
